Flunch sur Poitiers

We arrived at 9:00 PM on a Sunday evening and stopped at this Flunch. At first glance, there wasn't much left on the buffet, which is normal since it was late. Once we got to the register, we realized there were dishes to order, which we hadn't known. We ordered a burger and fries for the child, who loved it. For us, the all-you-can-eat mussels and fries with cooked ham was perfect. For €54.00 including wine and a drink, I think that's reasonable. Much better than fast food places that cost roughly the same. The staff were extremely polite and attentive, which was very pleasant. Best of luck to you and thank you for everything.

Good experience, with a varied selection of vegetables. Arrive early in the day, otherwise there's a risk of a wait at the till. However, at the beginning of service, the wait can sometimes be a little long while the staff gets ready.

A decent meal, but a few things could be improved. The negatives: * The wait: It was extremely crowded, which resulted in a long wait before we could get our meat. * The vegetable selection: There really wasn't much choice in terms of vegetables. * The cooking: One of our steaks wasn't cooked properly. We chose to eat it as is to avoid waiting any longer. The positives: * The cashier staff were very pleasant and friendly. * Aside from the cooking issue, the rest of the meal went well. We ate and left without any further problems. One minor drawback: The lack of information, for example, there was no indication of the difference between a bottled drink and a fountain drink (the price is the same, but the fountain version offers a much more generous 60 cl capacity!). A small explanatory sign or someone who can provide information before we get to the till would be appreciated by those who are not used to eating at Flunch.

It's always nice to take a break for lunch at any time of day. It was 2:30 PM and there was still enough left to satisfy us! It's a shame they refused me a third ladleful of semolina because two is really not enough. I made it up with unlimited vegetables!

Second time visiting this Flunch, very well managed, excellent overall hygiene, very welcoming staff from the cashiers to the cooks, all very smiling and helpful. Keep up the good work!!

My family and I had lunch here and it was a very pleasant surprise. I was craving for veggies and the family had fish. All of it was nicely done. It is an informal dinner and it is perfect for family with kids. We had icecream and coffee as well. It price was reasonable (13 euros per person) and food much better and nutritious than fast food.

Flunch will always be Flunch, a sure bet when you want to eat quickly and like you're at home.

My husband and I went there for dinner this evening. The meal was decent, perhaps not enough choice in the appetizers (the late hour, 8 pm, might have been a factor, so understandable). But otherwise, nothing negative to say. However, a very special mention goes to Chloé (the young woman who handles the meats) who is truly lovely, kind, and very helpful. You can feel her desire to satisfy customers by listening and immediately finding a solution if there's a problem. This is becoming increasingly rare these days, so we wanted to highlight it and hope her superiors will commend her. Thank you, Chloé! 👍 Peggy.

The food isn't bad, the prices are reasonable, but if you're not familiar with the place, you'll be lost: what to order and where? The signage is poor, but luckily the staff is friendly. The trays are dirty and wet, and the smell in the restrooms is repulsive.
