My husband and I went there for dinner this evening. The meal was decent, perhaps not enough choice in the appetizers (the late hour, 8 pm, might have been a factor, so understandable). But otherwise, nothing negative to say. However, a very special mention goes to Chloé (the young woman who handles the meats) who is truly lovely, kind, and very helpful. You can feel her desire to satisfy customers by listening and immediately finding a solution if there's a problem. This is becoming increasingly rare these days, so we wanted to highlight it and hope her superiors will commend her. Thank you, Chloé! 👍 Peggy.

The food isn't bad, the prices are reasonable, but if you're not familiar with the place, you'll be lost: what to order and where? The signage is poor, but luckily the staff is friendly. The trays are dirty and wet, and the smell in the restrooms is repulsive.

We received a very warm welcome despite arriving before opening time. The staff were smiling and friendly. The food was very well prepared, both for us and the children. I highly recommend it.

Today we celebrated my son Matthias's 20th birthday. He has multiple disabilities. I wanted to thank you for the warm welcome. They gave Matthias a beautiful chocolate cake and some sweets. There were seven of us, and it touched me deeply. Thank you again to the Flunch in Poitiers Sud.
