Flunch sur Outreau

Regarding the food, there wasn't much choice. The drinks weren't cold. The service was really lacking; the woman who served us was not at all friendly. There are ways to speak to people. It wasn't very busy, but her attitude was very unpleasant. There were too few restrooms for a restaurant of this size.

It's still decent for eating on a budget, but there's a lack of variety in the dishes offered.

I think the bill is steep; you have to pay for the bread, actually. If you order a starter, main course, cheese, and dessert, it ends up being very expensive.

At the checkout, oh, the person was very agitated, not very friendly, just go ahead, it doesn't make me want to go back at all. At Flench Outreau

A very pleasant cafeteria with a wide variety of very good dishes and a friendly and absolutely calm atmosphere.

We had a wonderful dinner at the Flunch in Outreau during our visit to Nausicaa and had a lovely time. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the food is really good. I highly recommend it.

I 200% recommend the Outreau location over SMB… Having been several times: I've noticed a close-knit team! A smiling manager, friendly with his colleagues and customers, and it works! Having seen Flunch restaurants where everyone looks miserable from the till to the grill, it's a pleasure to come to yours! As for the all-you-can-eat grill, since it was my last experience, I had to tell you about it… there were three meats… The lady cleverly managed to provide all three meats each time, but with a kind smile and great politeness, she only served what you liked 🤫😉 which just goes to show that pleasing customers is the key to this Flunch! Well, a smile isn't everything. So let's talk about the food. I'm not going to tell you the quality is amazing, you know the Flunch concept as well as I do… However, they do have a very interesting loyalty program! I often use my card to buy main courses and then use the points for desserts… Being a large family, we keep a close eye on the budget. The kids get dessert with the meal deal, and the parents use the points… pretty good, right? The vegetable buffet is always well-stocked, and the fries are always piping hot! We'll definitely be back! 🙃

We came as a family and were pleasantly surprised. The self-service area was very clean, with a wide selection, and the staff were very friendly. We ate very well and thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
