I've been here many times and have never been disappointed with the food, and the prices are reasonable. There's often a long wait for the crepes/waffles.
My only complaint is the children's play area. It's too small and often too crowded (weekdays and weekends). My autistic son is always nervous. Also, many of the games cost money; the children love them, but we're less enthusiastic, but that's just how it is!

I don't understand anything anymore!!! A radical change, honestly, the all-you-can-eat chicken tenders were very good. I go to Flunch regularly, and yesterday, Saturday, even though it's busy, the fries were always full, the vegetable buffet was overflowing!!! Clean, the tables weren't dirty like before!! Also, when they have all-you-can-eat mussels, they were impeccable, super delicious!! Flunch has really turned things around!!! Keep it up!!!

The all-you-can-eat chicken nuggets promotion during March was a resounding success. The redhead who's part of the staff is lovely; the staff is outstanding.

Flunch is very pleasant, the staff are attentive. I have 300 points and I'd like to know if I can continue accumulating points, or if I have to use them for new points to be counted. I recommend this Flunch.

A pleasant surprise. The food, quality, choices, freshness, presentation, and preparation were all excellent... Almost perfect for the price!
But then... the organization and information flow were a nightmare: trays, cutlery, poorly placed menu displays, and the self-service stations were badly positioned and poorly marked. It really needs to be reviewed! The tables are very cramped. It's not comfortable at all!
What a shame!

It's a shame about the manager's aggressive behavior; she doesn't listen to customers and throws food around, even though she didn't hear that the customer didn't want sauce.
The rest of the team remains friendly and pleasant. The two people serving ice cream and in the dining room are very pleasant and smiling, as is the dishwasher/cleaner. I also commend the two people serving hot food who work well with such a manager.
The food itself is consistent with Flunch standards. The dining room is clean and the welcome is pleasant. It's a shame about the manager's behavior in this kind of restaurant, where you come with your family for a pleasant experience. Best of luck to the team.
