We came here Friday evening with friends. We had a wonderful time enjoying a delicious meal. The restaurant is spacious, clean, and offers a good selection on the buffet. The service was excellent. Thank you very much, We will definitely be back soon.

Great! So, it was a first for my partner and me at Flunch. A chain so well-known, yet... We came today. Not really knowing how it worked, the offers with the app (for example, which drink to choose with the rosti burger offer), what the daily meat specials were, etc. We consistently received a pleasant and warm welcome and helpful service. Whether it was a young woman (who I think was a cashier, but I saw her near the staff entrance at the time) who explained the drink selections to us, the cook at the grill station, the young woman who helped me scan the coffee receipt that I couldn't get to work, or the woman at the crepe and ice cream counter... And especially a big thank you to the woman who served us. (She opened the third register around noon, and I think we were her first customers, or at least among the first at her register.) I thank her immensely for her patience, her warm welcome, and her smile. Poor thing, I asked her loads of questions (I'm a bit of a pain, hesitant customer 😅), like what the meat of the day was, what sauces were available, what was all-you-can-eat, what was the rosti burger McChicken, I wanted a crepe and a scoop of ice cream, etc. She was patient and gave excellent advice. We ran into her again in the dining area, and she had another kind word for us... Special thanks to this lady! I think and hope she recognizes herself. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly; well done to all the staff! It's important to recognize when things are going well (we tend to forget to point this out, even though we're very good at highlighting the negative aspects...). And unfortunately, smiles, good humor, and respect for people in general are becoming increasingly rare, given the context of our country... the French are sad and grumpy, and I'm one of them... As for the restaurant, it's good, excellent value for money! There's a varied selection of raw vegetables, cheese, and desserts. Everything looks tempting, and the portions are reasonable! And of course, what makes it so popular is the unlimited hot dish side dish, which is quite varied! The restaurant itself is very clean; the staff cleans as they go because it's very busy, and I'd say it's more the customers who don't respect the place very much.... It was my first time there, and far from my last! It's a cafeteria that surpasses some chains, and even some restaurants like Buffalo Grill...

I've been here many times and have never been disappointed with the food, and the prices are reasonable. There's often a long wait for the crepes/waffles. My only complaint is the children's play area. It's too small and often too crowded (weekdays and weekends). My autistic son is always nervous. Also, many of the games cost money; the children love them, but we're less enthusiastic, but that's just how it is!

I don't understand anything anymore!!! A radical change, honestly, the all-you-can-eat chicken tenders were very good. I go to Flunch regularly, and yesterday, Saturday, even though it's busy, the fries were always full, the vegetable buffet was overflowing!!! Clean, the tables weren't dirty like before!! Also, when they have all-you-can-eat mussels, they were impeccable, super delicious!! Flunch has really turned things around!!! Keep it up!!!

The all-you-can-eat chicken nuggets promotion during March was a resounding success. The redhead who's part of the staff is lovely; the staff is outstanding.
