Chinese hot pot in the 12th arrondissement with a shared pot for everyone to enjoy together – very convivial. The place has a fairly authentic feel, and the servers are fantastic, attentive, and offer great advice. The food is excellent, and the broths are perfectly seasoned. We booked through The Fork. I've been there several times with my family, and the last time I was with friends who tried the hot pot, and it was a great first experience! You can choose two different broths; we had one plain and one medium-hot (I recommend not choosing one that's too spicy and making a hot sauce on the side instead). They have a large sauce bar, allowing everyone to customize their sauce, which is very important during this meal. When I'm with my parents, we often order a lot of different things, and it's usually the adults who choose. With my friends, we wanted to keep it simple and order the basics of a hot pot. That is: rice cakes, fried tofu, bok choy, noodles, dumplings, beef, and mushrooms. A hot pot can be quite expensive since you order several dishes, but if you estimate the quantities carefully, it can still be reasonable.

Excellent restaurant! The hot pot concept makes the experience both original and convivial. The portions are generous, even the small ones. The staff is lovely, very attentive, and always ready to help. Our server took the time to answer all our questions, offer advice, and even offered to pack up the leftovers, including the broth—a truly appreciated touch. Highly recommended!

It's a rather austere place; beneath layers of grease and dust, the original colors of the furniture are still visible. The idea is interesting, but the price is exorbitant for just a few ingredients. Plus, it requires a lot of time...
