It was a new discovery for my partner and me, we loved it, everything was perfect: the welcome, the food, and the service. Nothing to complain about, thank you to the whole team!

As with every visit, whether as a couple, with family, colleagues, or of course, friends, we always have an exceptional time at La Fontaine Cavalier. Our evening last Thursday, enjoying the Lobster menu, was once again a true delight for our taste buds. From the amuse-bouche to dessert, everything was absolutely perfect. Refined cuisine, prepared with fresh ingredients, where every combination of flavors and textures is masterfully executed. With every bite, you can taste the passion and expertise of the entire team. The service is, as always, impeccable: warm, attentive, dynamic, and highly professional. A special mention goes to the young waitress who looked after us throughout the evening. Always smiling, responsive, incredibly kind, and with infectious enthusiasm, she greatly contributed to making the evening even more enjoyable. It was a real pleasure to be served with such care and professionalism. Finally, the musical atmosphere was also perfect. The band that evening was excellent and provided the ideal accompaniment to our dinner. A true pleasure to listen to, in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team at La Fontaine Cavalier for these wonderful moments you create for us with each of our visits. We always return with the same enthusiasm, and we wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant!

A bucolic setting on the edge of the woods, a few kilometers from Nevers, for this restaurant with its carefully curated and concise menu that emphasizes fresh, seasonal produce. Suitable for couples and families alike, for a romantic dinner, a special occasion, or simply for the pleasure of sharing a pleasant moment. Highly recommended.
