A wonderful discovery! The restaurant is truly located in the middle of nowhere, in the forest. The welcome was perfect, the waitress was smiling, and the restaurant was already quite full. We all ordered the €43 weekend set menu. A small amuse-bouche to whet our appetites, light and delicious. The starter, the crab shortbread with salmon gravlax, was a real treat for the eyes and the taste buds. The avocado was slightly tangy, and the crab made it all sublime. The scallops were pan-seared to perfection. The polenta fries are a bit of a treat, but with the shellfish sauce, they're palatable. The tournedos was cooked to perfection, accompanied by potatoes and wild mushrooms—simply divine. The sweet touch to finish was the mango pavlova; it was light and delicate, just right. There was also a wide selection of cheeses. The decor is quite classic, in a guesthouse style.
