When I booked I made a mistake. I used the word vegetarian instead of vegan so when I arrived the waiter informed me that none of the dishes were suitable. I was disappointed and the waiter was also disappointed but he brought me some water and some wine. Then he organised something different with the chefs. I was surprised, excited and very appreciative. Service like this was exceptionally good. The Ånga x Beaulieu team made my evening fantastic. The food was delicious and I would return here once more when I visit Montpellier and will tell everyone who will listen about my experience.

The dishes were incredible, good, refined, the portions perfect. The atmosphere allowed us to have a truly special time and relax. The server was very professional and pleasant. And all this at a more than affordable price for a restaurant of this quality. Thanks for everything!

We had lunch. A three-course surprise menu was a real surprise. Two appetizers followed by a gazpacho, squid in a Spanish sauce and peach in tea for dessert followed by another appetizer. A matching wine for all dishes. A Syrah rose from Corsica, a red Beaujelais followed by a white Loire for dessert. Fantastic. Highly recommended. Quel surprise. Thank you

My favorite restaurant in Montpellier. I am always really surprised by the mixtures of flavors and the originality of the dishes. The servers are attentive, the place is super quiet. The prices remain fair given the quality of the dishes.

A great experience around a menu that highlights plants, accompanied by a very fine wine list. Absolutely worth discovering!
