Authentic Taiwanese flavor! The chicken is of excellent quality, and the pepper shrimp is crispy even with the shells. The portions are generous and very good value.

One of the best Asian meals I've ever had. Taiwanese cuisine blends other culinary cultures and reimagines them in an original and delicious way. The flavors are an explosion, starting on your tongue and ending in your brain. As a Sicilian, I've also tried the Sicilian coffee with lemon, and it's refreshing and perfect for summer. Highly recommended.

Food is very good, authentic and all ingredients taste very fresh. I can recommend the oolong ice tea, which is freshly maid in-house. The staff is friendly and very efficient/attentive. I recommend to go there if you want some good taste of Taiwanese food

A wonderful discovery of Taiwanese cuisine in Paris. The wontons are to die for, the pork belly is tender and flavorful, and the gua baos are excellent. I also loved the crispy chicken with its delicious sauce. A Taiwanese restaurant in Paris that I highly recommend.

Mellow and calming flavors that satisfy without being uncomfortable. I recommend the vegetarian wontons for their salt and texture, really well done. The fried chicken is light and crumbly and very filling. So is the lu rou fan so don't order both unless you want to walk to burn calories afterwards. A hidden delight: the panna cotta, which uses a tea flavored syrup and boba to mimic boba tea but as a proper dessert. Well done.

Good, authentic Taiwanese food. We all opted for the Round Table menu to try as many dishes as possible, and everything was delicious. Don't hesitate to try the winter melon tea, a hidden gem that's still relatively unknown.

25/07/2026: A very good experience by the Canal Saint-Martin. We came on a Saturday at lunchtime without a reservation, and there was space. The food was excellent! It's a shame, however, that rice wasn't offered as a side dish on the menu. The waiter offered us rice when clearing our plates, so I wasn't sure if it was included. The service was very fast. The Hak cocktail was great. I agree with the other reviews about the high stools not being very comfortable. The restrooms were clean but there was no toilet paper or soap, and the lock was broken.
18/07/2026: Best bobun ever, and served by very friendly staff. I highly recommend it :))
