As a member for several years, I can only appreciate the breath of fresh air that's currently blowing through Forme et Sport. Kudos to the new manager who has truly revitalized the gym. The improvements are noticeable and make the experience even more enjoyable. It's a gym with a great atmosphere and a pleasant setting. Thanks to the coaches, Patricia and Florian, who are fantastic: professional, attentive, and always encouraging. They know how to adapt to each individual and push us to give our best. Another great feature of this gym is the beauty area with Gaëlle and Eliana, who are gentle, caring, and radiant. On the practical side: Forme et Sport's location, close to everything, is a real advantage. I highly recommend it! ✨

Having only been a member for a few months and already very happy with the weight room, I was thrilled to see that a cross-training room had opened! WODs and Hyrox sessions led by a fantastic team and so much fun! What more could I ask for? Thank you for your dedication, as every session is a pure pleasure. I also really love the friendly, family atmosphere of this gym! I no longer have any valid excuse not to exercise!
