Exceptional gym, and a very attentive coach. Honestly, I would recommend it without hesitation.

Very welcoming and a very varied schedule. I recommend it every day. Thank you again 🙏🏽

A truly wonderful moment of relaxation with Gaelle, who is very gentle and gave me a truly perfect treatment 🤩 I highly recommend it! I will be back!

I went this morning for a back massage at Instant Douceur, a 30-minute session with Gaëlle, who is very gentle. I enjoyed the massage and I recommend this Jocelyne institute.

A huge thank you to Gaelle at the wellness institute for a fantastic 70-minute massage 👍

Top-notch institute, a warm welcome, a truly relaxing experience.

A very pleasant body massage with Gaelle; I highly recommend it.

As a member for several years, I can only appreciate the breath of fresh air that's currently blowing through Forme et Sport. Kudos to the new manager who has truly revitalized the gym. The improvements are noticeable and make the experience even more enjoyable. It's a gym with a great atmosphere and a pleasant setting. Thanks to the coaches, Patricia and Florian, who are fantastic: professional, attentive, and always encouraging. They know how to adapt to each individual and push us to give our best. Another great feature of this gym is the beauty area with Gaëlle and Eliana, who are gentle, caring, and radiant. On the practical side: Forme et Sport's location, close to everything, is a real advantage. I highly recommend it! ✨
