The waitress was incredibly unpleasant and attacked the young trainee even though she hadn't done anything wrong. Luckily, the owner, who was very pleasant, then took care of us. I sincerely think she must be driving customers away! We'll definitely be looking elsewhere for our next training course.

17/04/2026: A very pleasant body massage with Gaelle; I highly recommend it.
14/04/2026: As a member for several years, I can only appreciate the breath of fresh air that's currently blowing through Forme et Sport. Kudos to the new manager who has truly revitalized the gym. The improvements are noticeable and make the experience even more enjoyable. It's a gym with a great atmosphere and a pleasant setting. Thanks to the coaches, Patricia and Florian, who are fantastic: professional, attentive, and always encouraging. They know how to adapt to each individual and push us to give our best. Another great feature of this gym is the beauty area with Gaëlle and Eliana, who are gentle, caring, and radiant. On the practical side: Forme et Sport's location, close to everything, is a real advantage. I highly recommend it! ✨

31/07/2024: Aimable, très bon. Crêpes au blé noir rustique avec andouille de Guémené, pommes de terre ,oignons camembert, crème..hummmmm Crêpes au froment. banane chocolat noir flambée au rhum.un délice. Nous nous sommes retenus de lécher l'assiette.café pour terminer. Je recommande
