For Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I had the pleasure of discovering the cocktail of the month, a veritable explosion of flavors! 🌺🍓 A subtle blend of homemade hibiscus syrup, fresh mint, Lind & Lime gin, lemon juice, strawberry purée, and fresh apple juice. A cocktail as elegant as it is surprising, perfectly balanced, fresh, and incredibly delicious… A true delight to savor and enjoy! And what about the dessert? A floating island with orange blossom, of remarkable finesse! 🤍 A sumptuous meringue, both tender and delicately crisp, nestled on a bed of coulis, accompanied by beautiful orange segments. A dish as beautiful as it is delicious, where every detail counts and the flavors blend perfectly. A truly exceptional dessert! Starting a quick lunch break with such a sophisticated aperitif and ending it with such a refined dessert proves that you can combine fast food at lunchtime, creativity, and genuine gastronomic pleasure.
