Fragon'Art Culinaire sur Valbonne

Working at ECOPOLIS, just above the restaurant, I often come for lunch with my husband or with colleagues... we enjoy it every time! We are always very well received and the service is impeccable! The Caesar salad is always a success (both on site and to be taken away by certain members of the team!!) but everything else is just as good! The terrace is super pleasant and the interior very nicely decorated! We also come to the “afterwork” events which are always very successful festive events! CONGRATULATIONS to the whole team and see you soon!

I wasn't expecting a more self-catering restaurant but not at all, it's a restaurant with very neat decor and in the theme of the season. served with a smile and the salmon was excellent. I would come back for sure.

The place and the terrace are very pleasant, the service friendly and efficient. So I only give 3 stars even if what I ate was good but not exceptional and it only remains salmon and I find that the formula remains expensive for what it is and a lunch meal. The dessert was really too sweet (brownie, vanilla ice cream) and I'm very sweet. Note homemade whipped cream which is rare.

the setting is magnificent compared to the former "Fragon'art" where we came mainly for the cuisine (freshness of the products and the quality/price ratio) now a slight increase justified by the innovations and the setting but the quality is still there. The plate and the warm and attentive service! Above all, don't skip desserts that are out of the ordinary! Thanks to the whole team!!!

Excellent experience! The Caesar salad was fresh and delicious, reflecting the quality of this seasonal, homemade cuisine. Special mention to the waiter Valentin, whose kindness and efficiency were remarkable.

l'esprit Fragon'art n'a pas changé ( produits ultra frais où les saveurs sont privilégiées comme la maitrise des cuissons !... ) ainsi que la qualité de l'accueil ( convivialité , bienveillance , consideration ) ... les prix ont légèrement augmenté mais vu le cadre ( c'est un véritable "aquarium " sur cette pinède bluffante alors que nous sommes au sein d 'Ecopolis ( univers de sociétés et de bureaux ) on ne peut que souhaiter tout le meilleur à cette équipe positive

Delicious. Just a little long to serve.

Very very good, although a little expensive, especially if you have a sweet tooth. You can also take away if you prefer.
