Very happy with my experience, not much of a wait, friendly and smiling, I highly recommend this Quick

Thank goodness for Cassandra, otherwise all the comments you've read before are true: lack of organization, excessively long wait times, and absent staff, but Cassandra manages to make up for it all.

It had been over five years since I'd been to Quick. My son asked to go, well… nothing's changed: half the items are out of stock and the service is still incredibly slow.
I ordered table service using the scanner on the table. After 10 minutes, they told me I'd have to pick up my order at the counter after all…

Thank you to the manager and his team for today's impeccable service. We ate around 4 pm on September 8, 2026.
Please continue with this level of service and hospitality.

Over an hour wait on a Saturday night for a fast-food restaurant, staff not at all friendly, no attempt at customer service, a disgrace

Their menus are suitable and halal, which is very much appreciated and to their credit, unlike most of their competitors who should take this into account.

I came to Quick Merignac today, and I saw a new employee trying to learn the ropes, who clearly did her job well! However, I was very shocked by the behavior of her manager, who speaks to her employees in an extremely aggressive and mean way! Clearly abusive in front of customers. Best of luck to this young woman! 🙏

Often very, very long waits in the evening (several times an hour), but apart from that, classic Quick quality and the dining area is in good condition.
