05/12/2025: New review November 2025. When the new owners took over the business in 2024, we rushed to order. However, we were very disappointed; the portion of fries was small (the packaging was completely flat). The burger was just like the previous ones. So, a disappointing experience. Months passed, and we decided to give them another chance. The burgers were good (although the green peppercorn sauce wasn't quite there in the Beatles burger), and this time the portion of fries was decent. The garlic sauce that comes with the fries doesn't have a very strong garlic flavor and is more like mayonnaise, so I recommend the tartar sauce instead. Review May 2024. The very first time, we were won over by the excellence of the burgers and fries: perfectly soft brioche bun, excellent beef, delicate sauce… The burgers were indulgent but well-balanced, and the homemade fries were to die for (we even dreamed of a bottomless cone!). Unfortunately, the initial success didn't pay off. On two other occasions, we ordered burgers and fries, and it's clear that the taste was no longer there: bland burgers, meat cooked to perfection (well-done instead of rare), fries too dark, and, most importantly, quickly reheated in a bath of oil. This lack of consistency is a major disappointment (hence the 3/5 rating).

01/06/2026: It was my first time at this restaurant. I was very pleasantly surprised by the taste and flavors of the food, which were excellent. It was incredibly filling; I ended up ordering a main course plus two appetizers, and even with just the two appetizers, I was already stuffed. The welcome was very warm (they showed me how to use chopsticks properly). I recommend it to anyone who is a fan of Japanese culture or wants to discover it. 😋

26/05/2026: We've ordered takeout several times and it's always excellent. I think the prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity. Compared to Eat Sushis next door, Jimida's fish is much better, their coleslaw too, everything really. In short, if you want to eat Japanese food in the center of Brest, this is the place (the atmosphere is very calm but relaxing) 🍙🍣

08/07/2026: When you're looking for a good pizza...you go to Pizza Six. I had a four-cheese pizza with a cream base...the pizza was incredible. That's what a four-cheese pizza is all about. So I tried it for the first time last night, and I came back tonight. As for the price, bless the owner ❤️. Excellent pizza, honestly. The price is unbelievable. When you see those awful pizzas for 12 euros or more, Pizza Six is ​​a steal.

16/06/2026: It's a blue house clinging to the hillside; those who live there have thrown away the key... except it's white, and if you want to eat well in a magnificent setting in Brest, this is undoubtedly the place to go (lunch only and by reservation). So, it's a charming little room, sunny and south-facing, right by the sea. The welcome is truly warm, the food excellent, all for a very reasonable price. Moreover, this restaurant, located on the GR34 hiking trail, is perfect for hikers... It's especially a great stop for walkers on the Camino de Santiago. A few years later, I passed by the same spot, and the sun was still shining on me—pure bliss.
