This restaurant is a gem! Sublime dishes, as beautiful as they are delicious, and an unparalleled welcome. Throughout the meal, Francine explains the dishes, the origin of the ingredients, and offers expert advice on wine pairings. Bravo to Franck for his inventiveness and talent! We will definitely be back!

Our biggest regret is that this superb cuisine is located so far from the Paris region. Everything is truly excellent.

Always a warm welcome, a cozy atmosphere, and a pleasant setting. The cuisine is top-notch, absolutely delicious, everything is excellent, we're never disappointed. They always offer excellent advice on pairing the perfect wine with each dish. Everything is homemade. The prices are more than reasonable considering the quality of the food and service. I highly recommend it.
