A very genuine Italian trattoria in LA CAPTE which is also a must visit spot on the presqu'île de Giens a a doorstep from Hyères and the TLN airport.

The pizza truck was in a great location that evening, at least. The owner is really cool and the pizzas are delicious. Perfect!

The pizzas are very good with a wide variety of choices, but the owners have absolutely no business sense. They're not very friendly and think they're something they're not. There are no loyalty offers. I asked for olives on my chosen pizza, which cost €2, even though I'm a regular customer.

A simple menu: pizzas, gnocchi, ravioli, penne with a variety of sauces, salads, and antipasti. Very good pizzas. Lovely terrace. Very welcoming service. Takeaway also available.

16/09/2024: Nice setting for this restaurant on a human scale where when the dessert is not homemade this is specified on the menu (we appreciate the rare honesty these days) Professional and friendly waiters Excellent dishes and good value for money The little extra is to find typical “local” suggestions in the aperitifs. Ex: orange or walnut wine I recommend and will happily return
