Interesting creative dishes. Fantastic staff very knowledgeable. Flavors of the food could be bit pronounced i feel. Atmosphere also good. But if you take some small dishes and a main price can go up quickly
We visited this wonderful restaurant in my wife’s birthday and had a superb meal. We really enjoyed the delicious Gougeres with Tomme and Espelette, red tuna tacos which were so fresh and delicious followed by a sharing plate of caramelised Pork Ribs with a fresh herb salad. The ribs had been cooked for 6 hours and were beautifully tender and a great combination when wrapped in tbd salad. The service was superb and the sommelier chose an exceptional wine to stand up to the dishes after we were able to try a couple to see which worked best.
This is an exceptional restaurant and will be returning soon to try other dishes on this fantastic menu.

The quantity/price/service/quality ratio of the cuisine is not good... for 1 Gault Millau of course.
Noise and smells of cooking in the dining room at this price level no.

We were hungry when we left after having 1 starter/cheese/dessert
The cheese is shamefully served and the cheeses are barely adequate without +. The same goes for bread.

In short, the only Gault Millau dish in my opinion of what we had
We stopped for an early breakfast and loved the whole thing. It’s a set menu and every item was delicious. Good coffee too. We will certainly return for breakfast.
