The cleanliness of the bathroom joints needs improvement. The shower is weak. The price varies depending on the night, which is unjustifiable; there's too much difference.

The so-called outside access was actually a window that had to be climbed over. When I reported it, I encountered disingenuous staff (the door is an outside access, according to them. Phew) and unfriendly staff. The same was true upon checkout. Coldness was the order of the day. No outlets for charging phones. Room close to the seminar rooms and conference rooms, so very noisy night and day. Dogs were not allowed in the breakfast room. No shower screen in the micro-bathtub, broken shower bracket, and nothing on the wall to hang it on. Leaking toilet. Cups unwashed and courtesy tray not refilled on the 3rd day. Pool unfiltered on the 2nd day (numerous insects and various used bandages at the bottom of the pool). At over €800 a week for an economy room (which is all you can expect when you have a dog), it's very, very expensive. Furthermore, during our previous stays, we were given a set of dog waste bags (don't forget that the dog supplement is €15 per night), but this time, nothing. Also, no more small water bottles in the room. You have to go to another building to refill your water bottle and kettle. As for pool access, the wristband simply wasn't given to us upon arrival. When I tried to contact reception about this, surprise, the usual phone number for direct contact with hotel services was simply missing. The Cap Hornu residence isn't what it used to be. We've been going there almost since it opened. We won't be going again.

While visiting for a seminar, we received a warm welcome. Despite the large number of us, the lunch was perfectly executed in every way! Conveniently located on the edge of the bay, we were able to walk around and admire the beauty of the landscape that the region had to offer. A big thank you!

Clean room with comfortable bedding, but small and very dark. Small but clean bathroom. Great breakfast, very varied, delicious pastries. Beautiful park for a stroll.

The hotel, the grounds and the site are magnificent.
