Friterie Jolivert sur Arras

As tourists in Arras for the day, we couldn't leave without trying the fries from the North. Those at the Jolivert chip shop are delicious and the service is very pleasant. (From Reims)

The burgers were excellent. The fries were perfect. The owners are super friendly and don't hesitate to offer an extra sauce for free just to let you try it. A student came in asking for a fry, and they gave it to him on the house. Very accommodating. 5 stars without hesitation. Cleanliness and quality are an added bonus. I highly recommend it.

Overall, it's pretty good. A minor complaint about the fries, which were a bit soggy. Regarding the Maroilles burger, it would be more accurate to say "Maroilles sauce" in the description, as it's not the same as a piece of Maroilles cheese, especially in terms of taste... and cost to you. I'd just say it's a small detail that needs to be added to avoid false advertising. It's still a good place. They could improve on these little things! Missing fries and still having to pay.
