The best fries in the year we have been in Pas de Calais. Go for it with your eyes closed!

We were on our way for a walk in Olhain when we had a craving. I had already passed this chip shop so I suggested it to my friends because I wanted to try :D
What was my surprise when I discovered the prices and quality of this chip shop managed by a single person who listens to her customers, has sensational humor and ardent passion! I wanted to have a “Savoyard”, one of the specialty baguettes: a real killer!
We were all satisfied and we even had the right to eat some fries that had just been cooked while waiting for our sandwiches. I will definitely come back!
