Very nice ramen restaurant in Bordeaux. Outstanding broth. Portions are very fulfilling. There could be an option to add tofu to the Yasai ramen / yakisoba, though, because these plates really lack some protein source in them. I recommend it. 😊

This is a place I've been going to for years. When it first opened, the broths were delicious, but they've gradually lost their flavor and depth. I went back a few weeks ago, and unfortunately, the broth had no taste at all; it was very diluted. I had to add soy sauce for salt and flavor. The stir-fried noodles and gyozas, however, are still just as good, and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. I'm going back in a few days, and I hope the broth will be much better this time! The advantage of this place is definitely its opening hours; you can eat there at any time.

Completely unremarkable ramen. The broth lacked depth (chashu), the tamago was tasteless, and the chashu itself was unsurprising. A shame.

06/03/2026: Hello, Great experience, thank you for the warm welcome. The restaurant doesn't look like much, but appearances can be deceiving! The food is traditional sushi, quite simple but very good, and excellent value for money. You absolutely must try the skewers! Especially the chicken balls! They're homemade, which is something that's not often mentioned because it's quite rare! The best I've ever had! The kids loved them! Thank you!
