A new team has been in the kitchen since New Year 2026, and we've seen a huge improvement in hygiene, taste, and the speed of teamwork in preparing dishes! Well done!

Very good food! The delivery service via the establishment's website is quite basic despite everything. No customer information in case of delay during home delivery (more than 15 minutes), it's a shame anyway...

I'm a regular customer. I enjoy it every time. I was surprised when it closed for hygiene reasons. Talking to the owner, I learned some details that gave me back my confidence. I continue to order from Fuji Sushi and I continue to enjoy it. I've never been sick. And yet, I have a delicate stomach. Furthermore, I'm very careful about hygiene rules in my everyday life. I don't eat just anywhere, or anything. 😉
