Fujitoyama sur Pontoise

An all-you-can-eat Asian restaurant that doesn't have an enormous selection but more than satisfies appetites.

I came to this restaurant with two friends, on the recommendation of one of them. The buffet is small, but there's a much wider selection of sushi and maki than in larger buffets, which tend to only offer the classics (tuna, salmon, sometimes shrimp). The rice isn't dry and is nice and fluffy. The hot dishes and skewers are good quality and flavorful. The smaller selection allows for a higher quality experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Without a doubt, the best all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurant I've ever had the pleasure of trying. From the very first visit, you understand that this establishment is in a league of its own. Here, everything hinges on one essential thing: the quality of the ingredients. It's light years ahead of all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurants offering a multitude of dishes without any real refinement. At Fujitoyama, the menu is well-crafted, coherent, and each dish is prepared with care. The ingredients are fresh, the preparations are homemade, and this is immediately apparent in the taste. Every bite is a true experience. What I particularly appreciate is this consistent excellence. We go there very often, and the quality is always there, without the slightest disappointment. This is rare, and it deserves to be highlighted. The service is also impeccable. The staff is welcoming, smiling, attentive, and above all, very professional. You truly feel valued as a customer, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. This is definitely a place I wholeheartedly recommend to all Japanese food lovers. A sure bet, where you'll always return with pleasure ❤️

Excellent experience 👍 The buffet is small but really good. You can tell they prioritize quality over quantity, unlike some all-you-can-eat restaurants that offer lots of choices but less flavor. Here, they specialize, and it makes all the difference. The price-quality ratio is good. A minor drawback is the limited parking and the non-halal beef. A major plus: the service, truly top-notch. I recommend it!

Passing through Pontoise, we stopped at this establishment. The restaurant's setting is lovely, with a small fountain right at the entrance. The dishes are flavorful, and there's a good selection. Parking is difficult due to the crowds, but it's worth it! If they could add salmon skewers, that would be perfect! I recommend it!

Excellent restaurant, all the dishes are delicious. The place is very clean and the staff are discreet and very kind, especially Florent, the head waiter, who is lovely and helpful. 20 out of 20. I highly recommend this establishment.

The buffet is well-stocked, the sushi and maki rolls aren't too big, making them pleasant to eat, and they're also very tasty. The staff is very kind and attentive, both to parents and children. We've dined there several times and have always received the same warm welcome.
