The food is of unparalleled quality for a Japanese restaurant. The ingredients are natural and high-quality; you finally get a glimpse of what it means to work with raw ingredients in Japan. A must-try, as it will truly rekindle your appreciation for Japanese cuisine and make you forget all those fast-food places like Sushi Shop that serve only mass-produced food. The only downside is the service, which could be improved, including for takeout where the plastic plates wrapped in cellophane are a real turn-off. But it would be a shame to miss out on such a great restaurant because of that, so go for it!

The best Asian restaurant I've ever been to! The miso soup and sushi platter were absolutely delicious. The chef even wanted to know what I liked and disliked. I highly recommend it!
