Fulvio sur Paris

Fulvio was one of the best restaurants we’ve ever visited. The food and service were amazing. Fulvio made our family feel welcomed and special. I had the anise pasta (“Malloreddus alla Campidanese”) and it was spectacular. His portions are atypical of Paris, but we took home our leftovers and easily finished them the next day. This was an experience—not a meal—and we can’t recommend this restaurant enough.

One of the best Italian in Paris

A wonderful discovery! This restaurant offers excellent, homemade dishes. The owner is incredibly kind. I highly recommend it to everyone.

At Fulvio's place, the tuto e bueno and the air conditioning are a real treat in this heat!

In 3 weeks in Paris, and indeed many trips in my life, this may be the BEST meal I have ever had. True, authentic Italian food made with the best ingredients. The service was incredible. Msr. Fulvio (the owner) was waiting for us outside to open the door as we were the only tourists crazy enough to book in the heatwave. He led us to our seat and brought over the menu and personally explained to us the dishes based on their ingredients that day and our preferences. The owner has an attention to detail and commitment to good service that shines. He told us where he sourced certain fish or meats, how they make certain dishes, he brought over their high quality vanilla for us to smell before dessert. Every single meal was incredible. The pasta was clearly FRESH and cooked PERFECTLY. Also definitely get the panna cotta to share no matter how full you are. I have never enjoyed a meal so much in the rest of the city, this is a MUST-VISIT.

Once again, an excellent dinner from start to finish! Everything was fresh, prepared with taste and expertise. We'll be back!

Small place but the dishes are super

Trees, good food. However, it was very frustrating that the owner was so present at our table, constantly chatting: we were supposed to have a romantic dinner for two for a special outing as new parents, and it ended up being a dinner for three. Far too intrusive.

A remarkable little Sardinian restaurant. An exceptional lunch menu with unbeatable value for money. In fact, the quality is so good that the (low) price hardly matters. Not to mention the very original menu. Forza Fulvio!

A wonderful discovery at Fulvio, an Italian and Sardinian restaurant located on Rue de Poitou, in the heart of the Marais district. Fulvio is also the owner's name, and he's an integral part of the experience. He passionately advises diners at their tables, explaining the ingredients, their origins, and the recipes, then doesn't hesitate to go back to the kitchen to fetch what he's just mentioned, or even return with the chef to elaborate further. It's lively, generous, almost theatrical—a real show that fully contributes to the feeling of being transported to another world and gives the meal a rare warmth. We had booked in advance, but upon arrival, we were the only ones in the restaurant. Completely alone. Incomprehensible, as this place deserves to be known and filled. The cuisine is sincere, flavorful, and generous, featuring excellent ingredients and a true Italian identity. You can feel that this is a place run by passionate people who love to welcome guests as much as they love to share their cuisine. Fulvio is an authentic, welcoming, and charming restaurant where you can travel to Italy without leaving Paris. A restaurant truly worth the detour. I highly recommend it.
