A well-known and very pleasant setting, the staff are not only competent but also very friendly. I didn't try everything on the menu, but the prawn curry is simply incredible and suggests that the rest of the menu is just as good. Top-notch! 👌

The table was unanimous. The best cordon bleu they had ever eaten. By far. Flavorful and tender meat under the breadcrumbs. Very rare and exceptional. Absolutely divine with the Munster sauce. Bravo!

Everything was very good, it's a shame about the cold welcome and the lack of smiles from the young waitresses.

A great restaurant, dogs are welcome, and the terrace is lovely when the weather is nice. The food was good and tasty. The price-performance ratio is good. The staff is friendly and helpful despite our language difficulties. We enjoyed our visit.

Excellent food and friendly, kind staff

We stopped for a break during a bike tour in Neuf-Brisach and spontaneously decided to eat at La Fusion. The tarte flambée and the cordon bleu (a huge portion!) were delicious. Unfortunately, the server spoke neither English nor German, which made ordering difficult, but thankfully we have Google Translate in 2026. All in all, a good restaurant.
