I had a wonderful experience at Fuwasaki Sushi in Fontenay-sous-Bois and would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys fresh and tasty Japanese food. From the moment we arrived, the restaurant had a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the staff were welcoming, attentive, and professional. The sushi was the highlight of the meal, beautifully presented and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The fish was incredibly fresh, the rice was perfectly seasoned, and every bite was full of flavour. We also enjoyed several other dishes from the menu, all of which were carefully prepared and tasted excellent. The portions were generous, offering great value for money considering the quality of the food. It’s easy to see why this restaurant has such a good reputation. Whether you’re dining with friends, family, or simply craving excellent sushi, Fuwasaki Sushi is a fantastic choice.

The sushi and sashimi are fresh and very generous. Having ordered a Bento box, I had trouble finishing it. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

I used to go to this restaurant a lot. Their skewers and gyoza were my guilty pleasure. Now they've probably changed staff, it's not as good as it used to be, unfortunately. But it's still really quite good and affordable. And the servers are very friendly.
