FLUXIA CONFLUENCE KITCHEN HYGIENE REVIEW Following the closure of one of their locations (Fluxia Confluence), I had to go directly into the kitchens to retrieve some furniture I had purchased at auction. I should also mention that I'm only speaking from my personal experience. I haven't actually eaten at these restaurants. I also read a review about worms being found in a dish... so honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if it was similar. I recently spent about thirty hours cleaning their refrigerated marble pizza tables and a few stainless steel tables. I'll get straight to the point. The most shocking thing at first was the fruit flies that covered the floor, and the grease absolutely everywhere. We're talking about actual layers of grease deposited on the furniture, accumulated over a long time, sticky and slimy. But the worst was yet to come: inside the cabinet, near the ducts, there were cockroaches. I saw about ten dead ones while I was cleaning. And the entire kitchen was in a similar state. Even worse: I found two dead baby rats in the cabinet and a whole host of unidentified insects. I'm attaching a photo of the kitchen and another of the state of the refrigeration system in my refrigerated pizza cabinet. I'm referring to the FLUXIA CONFLUENCE, the one that closed down a few months ago. But this one seems very similar based on the reviews. Go ahead and buy it with caution.

A wonderful time spent at lunchtime on Saturday. As always, delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere. Special mention to the service, which was particularly friendly, warm, and welcoming. Some encounters make a meal even better! Thank you for this experience; it's a place where you feel at ease, and I highly recommend it.

A good experience with a welcoming restaurant and charming staff. The pizzas are good, and so are the desserts. The noise remains a major problem since this restaurant is located in a very busy hypermarket.

I ate at Fuxia for lunch today and we received a very warm welcome. We had plenty of time to choose our drinks and dishes, and despite the crowd, there wasn't too long a wait. For my drink, I opted for the homemade iced tea with peach, raspberry, and basil leaves. It was good, but I found it tasted a bit too watery and the other flavors were quite subtle. For my main course, I had the carbonara pizza and I wasn't disappointed. It was generously topped and the crust was excellent. For two people, including two pizzas and two drinks on a Saturday lunchtime, the bill came to €37, which I think is reasonable and good value for money. The servers were efficient, and I recommend it.

Everything was absolutely delicious! I've been eating at Fuxia for several years now, and the food is always excellent. Special mention for the continuous service on Saturdays—a real lifesaver when it's 3 pm and you still haven't had lunch! No need to resort to fast food: here, the quality of the food is guaranteed. The service is excellent, and the server we had that day was particularly kind. Thank you, Fuxia, always top-notch!

Mixed experience. This Italian restaurant exudes a friendly atmosphere with welcoming and unique decor. The dishes are well prepared and seasoned. However, the service was disappointing: the waitresses came several times to clear away our food before we had finished our dessert. Once we finished our dessert, they quickly removed the glasses and cutlery, which gave us the impression they were trying to force us to leave. It's a shame, because this attitude greatly spoils the experience.

Varied selection of dishes and desserts. Very good and generous carbonara pasta, small downside on the thick sliced ​​onions, be careful when you bite into it it feels strange. Fast service with a smile. My partner had a carpaccio and he really enjoyed it. We will be back

I hesitated to leave a review; I always look at the bad reviews to get an idea, and honestly, I found them all stupid. It's a very good restaurant where (for me) the staff was very pleasant and attentive. I ordered carpaccio (even though I wanted tartare, my fault 🤣), and even though I didn't specifically want it, it was delicious and well-filled. My wife had the pasta carbo, which was excellent. The desserts (tiramisu, fondant) were delicious. First time here and definitely not the last.

Fast service (I came on Monday with colleagues and we had less than an hour to eat), very pleasant waitress and good food (the chef is great 👍)

We ate very well this lunchtime. The burrata was excellent. The waitresses were very friendly, even if we felt a bit tired.
