Very good Italian. The quantities of pasta are very generous, thank you for that, it's rare in Paris. Very wide choice of dishes. Responsive and friendly servers.
I will add a fifth star when you make a mortadella-pistachio-burrata pizza.

Friendly and welcoming staff but the space between each table is far too small. It's complicated to cut your pizza without nudging your neighbor.
We ordered Penne pasta, and noticed a lack of authenticity. The pasta didn't taste homemade but tasted just like supermarket bought pasta.
The pizza, for its part, was not bad but the bottom was charred and the egg was completely raw.

The best pizza & pesto pasta restaurant of my life
This is the best restaurant of my life.. I'm dying to go to Italy because of this.
The Margherita pizza had a chewy and fluffy crust, but did not have the lumpy, heavy taste typical of flour, and was very delicious.
Especially the paccheri pasta... it was the most delicious ever.
I really want to eat that, I'm going crazy..
And the staff, knowing it was my birthday, gave me lemonccino as a gift.

I have experienced pizza that is pepperoni in here is quite good not not perfect so I just broken a star from food category but the service and atmosphere so nice alongside the price is very affordable base on the location and quality so I can prefer this restaurant who want to eat Italian cuisine around the opera

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Gambino Restaurant with my friends and I must say the experience was absolutely delicious. Not only were the plates plentiful, but the quality of the dishes served was exceptional. Every bite was a culinary journey to Italy, with authentic flavors and fresh ingredients. What really set Gambino apart, however, was the impeccable service. Thanks to Dimitri. He was attentive, professional and extremely courteous, ensuring our evening was perfect.

The sense of welcome and service.
I had a great time in this Italian restaurant.
On the other hand, the dishes are rich or even too rich for me. Simple and unpretentious cuisine, but leave your diet at the entrance.
