Garden Ice Cafe sur Rochefort

A very warm welcome, sunny and friendly. A top-notch and highly responsive team. Beautifully presented dishes with expertly prepared cuisine. A brasserie worthy of its reputation. I will definitely return…

A great find in Rochefort! 👍 We had a wonderful time at Restaurant de la Paix. Excellent value for money, with beautifully presented dishes and simple yet satisfying brasserie fare: steak, croque-monsieur… there’s something for everyone. The dining room is truly pleasant and tastefully decorated, with a great atmosphere and friendly service. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable and enjoy taking your time. A great discovery that we highly recommend! 😊

Always a very warm welcome. Great atmosphere. Good, generous portions. Thank you and see you soon. Remember to book in advance for large tables.

Pleasant shaded terrace overlooking the Plaza.

Hello, We had lunch here as a group of five and the meal was really very good. From drinks to main courses and desserts, there wasn't a long wait between courses, and the staff were pleasant and smiling. I recommend it for a meal in the city center.

My partner and I usually come here for a drink because it's a very cozy and welcoming place. Today we tried the brunch, and it was incredibly good, with high-quality ingredients and generous portions. All the servers were pleasant; it's truly a pleasure and a delightful surprise every time we come.

We had a wonderful time, I highly recommend it. The service and food were excellent!! The highlight of the evening, however, was our server's cheerful disposition – a big thank you! Oh yes, and I also ate the best chocolate lava cake of my life!!

A warm welcome thanks to the wonderful staff who were accommodating and smiling! Highly recommended!

Thursday the 23rd, evening. A very generous and delicious Périgord salad. Succulent mussels and fries with Roquefort cheese, generously accompanied by homemade fries. Two beers and a glass of white wine. A very good homemade dessert. We highly recommend it!

What a surprise! We'd heard about Café de la Paix before the change of ownership, so we went to check it out for ourselves… and frankly, it was very good! Since the change, not much has changed. Perhaps the portions are a little smaller, but the atmosphere is still fantastic 😎 The owner seems to really like the chef… which might explain why he puts so much love into his dishes 😄 In short, a great place that we recommend!
