It's not easy to run a brasserie in the heart of the city while maintaining consistency, becoming a go-to lunch spot, and catering to a wide range of budgets! It's a great success, with a warm and always respectful welcome, a menu that's constantly evolving, authentic burgers, and consistently perfect meat, even the steak tartare... in short, don't hesitate!

We had a wonderful time at Café de la Paix; the new owners are very friendly. The food is excellent, and the charcuterie board is superb. We'll be back very soon. Thank you.

21/04/2026: Very friendly, and the coffee is very good. They also have souvenirs from the region.
15/02/2026: I'm giving it three stars because the atmosphere is gloomy and the person serving you has no conversation whatsoever, not at all the approach of a local shopkeeper; they're an automaton with no expression or smile. You'd think you were dealing with funeral home staff. Worth seeing... 😏🥺🫥😱
