31/08/2023: Good plate, well served with quality products

29/08/2023: "Le Flory" has a quiet and central location in Colmar. We were here for dinner and ordered a typical meat platter alongside wine and salad. Salad was okay but the meat platter only looked good visually. The taste could have been made much better. The meat was almost flavorless. The waitress seated us extremely cleverly between the many tables in the small restaurant. There would only have been 2 stars for (our) food alone.
