A few days ago I visited your establishment, a friend who is from Toulon told me that they sold good roast chickens. and I thought it was good to see them and try them, but I told my friend Anne just one fact: I am from Peru and here they also prepare chicken but we call it ala brasa since they are slowly cooked with the embers of carob charcoal, giving it a very aroma. unique and due to the way of cooking we keep the chicken with more moisture internally, and the species that we use in Peru are also different, but each country has a style of preparation and I thought the one you offer was very good, maybe by the end of the year I will return I only went to Toulon on vacation to visit a friend from her city and I thought it was a very rich city in its gastronomy like yours, thank you friends

Une adresse sérieuse dû au cheffe qui est à l’écoute des clients, qui régale nos papilles. Enfin un endroit qui ne fait pas que du tout industriel surfacturé…!!! Pour les poulets cela mériterait plus de régularité niveau qualité. Hormis cela, rien à redire sur la cuisine depuis la nouvelle cheffe, jamais déçu… Au plaisir.

Accueil des plus sympathique, on a pu trouver l'ensemble des produits pour réaliser notre pique-nique autour d'un poulet rôti et des pomme de terre a l'ancienne ainsi que des délicieux flan façon grand-mère. Merci et à très vite !
