Thank you for the lovely meal; everything was homemade (except the sardines, but they were also excellent). It's a taste of simple yet flavorful, homemade food—the kind of cooking that brings a family atmosphere.

We were welcomed like family, just like at Grandma's, and it was truly lovely. The staff were incredibly attentive. The lemon meringue pie was just like my grandmother's. You might not know my grandmother's lemon meringue pie, but you can go there without hesitation. 😁

We were four friends with our five babies (5-6 months old), looking for a place that would welcome all our little ones. We received a very warm welcome! We enjoyed delicious sandwiches and desserts; everything was very tasty and reasonably priced. A wonderful discovery, and a thousand thanks again for the hospitality! 🥰

We had a wonderful time in this little tea room, which evokes the nostalgia of old-fashioned grocery stores...it's like stepping back in time. The decor, the furniture, and even the menu of open-faced sandwiches remind you of the delicious smells of yesteryear. My partner and I loved it! ☺️

What a treat, for the taste buds, the eyes, AND the wallet, to enjoy Ginette's open-faced sandwiches! Well, to be precise, not the sandwiches YET, but the homemade zucchini and broccoli soup, so comforting on a windy day. AND the cappuccino AND the homemade dessert too (with the poetic name "Cherry Time"). For the rest, I'll let you enjoy the photos I took, which I think pay a beautiful tribute to both the establishment and the staff who work there, always with a smile on their face. I'll definitely be back to try their famous open-faced sandwiches (I saw some go by and wow, they're no joke ^^").

Pleasant terrace and friendly service. The mixed platters and glasses of wine are reasonably priced. Everything was perfect for a successful aperitif!

27/09/2024: Lovely setting. We had the steak and fries and it was amazing. The veg platter was less impressive but overall had a good dinner here
27/09/2024: Came here as a party of 6 on a very rainy night without a reservation. The team were wonderful in getting us seated under a set of umbrellas. One noticed we were getting dropped on and kindly moved us without us even asking. The service and food were both amazing! We even contemplated going back the next night. When we're back in Avignon, we will definitely return here!

04/09/2024: Here is an example of a notice: An excellent time spent in this restaurant! The dishes were simply delicious, perfectly cooked and rich in flavor. The service was also impeccable: the waitresses were very welcoming, smiling and attentive to our needs throughout the meal. An address that I highly recommend for a successful meal!
