Excellent vegan burgers, with a pea-based patty that might even win over meat-eaters and their preconceived notions about plant-based food. A lovely little terrace for sunny days, and quick, friendly service. Very reasonable prices for the area; I'll definitely be back :)

01/08/2026: A Parisian institution representing French cuisine. We were in a bouillon, enjoying a worker's dish at an affordable price and in generous portions. The profiterole was beautifully presented and worth the trip. There was no wait at this bouillon on the day of our visit, unlike at other well-known ones. The dining room was noisy, and thanks again to waiter number 26.
01/08/2026: We dined here just before our return journey to Brussels on the Eurostar. We had a delicious meal and received top-notch service from our friendly waiter, Greg. Thank you, Greg, for your excellent and attentive service. You made our Bouillon experience complete. Until next time!
