19/08/2026: A fantastic experience at Chez Fredo in La Guerche-de-Bretagne! We booked a table at Chez Fredo during our visit to the La Guerche-de-Bretagne market, and we had a wonderful time. However, the service faced a serious unexpected challenge: two extra staff members scheduled for that day didn't show up, leaving the waitress to manage a very large dining room and adjoining rooms almost single-handedly, with the restaurant nearly full. Despite this particularly difficult situation, she handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service skills. Always pleasant and attentive, she did her utmost to ensure everyone enjoyed their meal in the best possible conditions. Honestly, kudos to her for managing this situation brilliantly! 👏👏 And the food didn't disappoint: a delicious meal, beautifully presented and generous portions, not to mention the excellent homemade fries. In short, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! A place we truly appreciated and highly recommend. All this in a warm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere where you quickly feel at ease. A big thank you to the entire team at Chez Fredo, and a special mention to the waitress who, despite the circumstances, managed to keep smiling and take good care of her customers. We will gladly return!

03/07/2026: For the second time, we ordered the Friday night fish pizza. EXCELLENT! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT 😍🤩 Super fast service, super friendly waitress. We loved it!
