It's rare to find such a good tartiflette; the chef doesn't skimp on the Reblochon cheese and quality ingredients. The staff is very friendly. 👍

Nothing to complain about. Or rather, yes. Everything was perfect, the setting is delightful, you can see the lake from the terrace. The dishes are very good and offer excellent value for money. The service is impeccable. For those reading this review: This establishment was taken over in 2025 and has been constantly improving ever since; you can go there with your eyes closed. We dined there in August 2026. €150 for 3 people including aperitif, wine, etc. (the works).

Three times amazing! Great view, delicious food, and incredibly friendly service. Highly recommended if you are staying near Lake Annecy.

We had a wonderful time in a peaceful and beautiful setting. The terrace is lovely, and the staff are very welcoming. As for the food, it's excellent value for money. We'll be back (tonight! 🙂)

I came to eat one evening, it was great, fantastic atmosphere, the servers were very friendly and the food was excellent.

We had a wonderful time at Auberge du Pontgibaud! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The terrace offers a magnificent view and plenty of space, which is ideal when you're traveling with a young child (our 21-month-old daughter felt right at home). As for the food, everything was delicious! The crispy appetizer was a real treat. For my main course, I had a perfectly cooked ribeye steak with excellent fries… almost as good as ours in Belgium 😁. Perhaps it could have used a little mayonnaise, but that's just my Belgian side talking 😅. My partner chose a vegetarian lasagna, which was equally delicious. For dessert, she had a generous and delicious Dame Blanche (vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce), and I had a proper Irish Coffee, made just the way it should be. You can tell everything is homemade, with quality ingredients, and all at a very reasonable price. We still have one day of vacation left… and there's a good chance we'll be back before we leave! 😊

Really nice place to stay for a few days, the rooms were nice and spacious, AC would make it even better but the owner told me he is already planning on installing ventilation to make it cooler. The breakfast was really nice with a wonderful view.

Family meal during the holidays. Pleasant setting, professional and friendly service, and a tuna tartare to die for!! A very good place.
