The best and most passionate ice cream maker in Limoges. His ice creams and sorbets are perfect. Creative with flavors... but not foolish enough to create just anything. When will he be in Ciboure, Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Île de Ré, Île d'Oléron... Singapore?
