Glaces des Sables sur Meze

04/05/2026: A first for us, a very warm welcome, both waitresses were smiling, the atmosphere is quite cozy both outside and inside. The menu is rather short, but since everything is homemade, that's perfectly fine. There's a certain originality in the composition of the dishes; I personally opted for the set menu of the day, 3 courses for 27 euros, and I can tell you it was worth every penny. The pasta is excellent and original; the eggplant and tomato accompaniment is simply delicious; the filet mignon with homemade fries and the homemade béarnaise sauce is just superb, cooked to perfection, and the béarnaise itself tasted just like the one I used to make twice a day when I was working—pure bliss! As for the dessert, sautéed mango with a scoop of ice cream was perfect. The other dishes I saw were just as beautiful. Oh yes, it's served in very original pans, which, most importantly, keep the food warm. One last thing: the seasoning was spot on. As you can tell, I recommend it 200%! I can't wait to go back.

04/05/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! The ricotta, lemon, cuttlefish, and green crab ravioli were delicious. Leaving sauce at the bottom of the dish would have been an insult to the chef. The all-lemon dessert was just as delightful. The waitresses were very friendly and attentive. Excellent value for money. Our new go-to spot in Mèze. See you soon!
