One evening my friends and I wanted to eat ice cream... Very good ice cream and very filling! I had a pinacolada, by far the best I've ever had in my life! Cozy, friendly atmosphere. The ice creams are homemade and you can feel it! The staff is warm and friendly! I recommend it!

After several years, we returned to Sari Solenzara because we had fond memories of this ice cream parlor.
Well...nothing to change, the ice cream is still just as good! A real treat! ...The server was very pleasant and kind...thank you for this pleasant, relaxing moment.

I came here in 1993 and still remember the ice cream deserts (especially the Poire Belle Helene and the Peche Melba) as some of the best I've ever tasted. It's worth returning to Corsica!
