Everything was perfect, from the appetizer to the dessert, a festive menu of rare finesse where each dish showcased exceptional culinary expertise. What makes the experience at L'Échevin truly unique is the precious balance between exquisite cuisine and exemplary, humane service. It's rare to find a restaurant of this caliber where the staff demonstrates such attentiveness, anticipating every wish with a smile and courtesy that made us feel privileged from the very first moment. We extended this enchanting interlude at Bar Le Baron, where the cocktails are simply exquisite, served by a team that is as warm as it is professional.
