The Food was average. We had a tarte flambée with goat cheese and seafood Spaghetti. It was not bad but the dishes did not have too much taste. The Service was first charming and friendly but when we decided against a dessert it turned rather cool. When we received the money back before leasing a tip, the coins were thrown on the table without saying a single Word. So a mixed, typical tourist experience with rather above average price

Passing through Colmar, we stopped at this restaurant on a whim for lunch, just the two of us, without a reservation. We received a very warm welcome; the servers were very pleasant! We shared a traditional tarte flambée (€11), then I had spätzle with game (€26), and my cousin had pasta bolognese. The restaurant is well-located and has a cozy atmosphere; I highly recommend it!

03/05/2026: Exquisite cuisine in a truly lovely setting, with a beautiful, understated, regional decor. I chose the tasting menu. From start to finish, the presentation was impeccable and the cooking perfect. My dessert, floating islands with cream and strawberry juice, was a work of art and a pure delight, blending complementary textures and flavors. The tasting menu offers remarkable value for money. The staff is very pleasant and efficient.
25/04/2026: It was a little difficult to describe at first, maybe because of my shorts while eating 😬 But the service was very attentive, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely. A very nice place to linger. We always enjoy coming back. We had the large set menu, which was truly delicious, and the wine list was great. Thank you to the team for the wonderful lunch 🤗🫶🏻
