It's become a must-try every time I stop by! You can choose any flavor; they're all delicious. The best way to enjoy them is to mix classic flavors with local ingredients. I have a particular fondness for the goat's milk ice cream, which adds a really nice touch. Honey from the Causse region, Quercy walnuts, banana, and even cookie are amazing. As for the price, what can I say? I'd say it's justified, considering the quality, the organic label, the production process, and the value placed on the farm. However, I have noticed price fluctuations depending on the season (which is much less appealing). Enjoy it any time of year, but especially off-season. It's available almost year-round, for eating in or taking away.
