This beautiful space has been given a new lease of life. A modern look. Subtle dishes and a new take on a classic Marseille dish this week: aioli. The very chill soundtrack invites you to relax.

A truly wonderful spot in the heart of Marseille! Fresh ingredients, a warm welcome, and attentive service. The aioli was excellent, and the spritz was simply marvelous. I highly recommend it.

I wasn't familiar with GOLDA, but its transformation into "Le Centuple" is a resounding success. The team that took over has an impeccable track record (a long period in Paris followed by the Longchamps Palace in recent years). They're (re)launching their culinary adventure with complete freedom at this Marseilles bistro, where you'll find culinary delights every day. The aioli is a traditional dish, with a choice of garlic strengths to suit all tastes, from the most timid (no garlic) to the most adventurous. I opted for "strength 3/3" (the maximum) and it delighted me all afternoon. The rest of the menu is equally refined and delicious: dishes, wines, desserts…
