Golf de Brigode sur Villeneuve-D'Ascq

Nice golf course with a great welcome overall. I went on a rainy day, but the surroundings were very pleasant. The clubhouse was excellent after a lovely afternoon spent there. I'd definitely go back!

Visiting from Canada, we enjoyed a wonderful meal at your restaurant. The service was excellent. My sister and I came here on May 14 to retrace the steps of our father who was billeted at the former chateau on this site. In the fall of 1944 his Royal Canadian Air Force 409 squadron took over the Lille airfield and drove the Germans out of the area. When I read references about the war much is made about some infamous Nazi who occupied the chateau….perhaps more credit needs to be given to the Canadian pilots and crew who helped liberate the area and drive the invaders out of France!

A beautiful golf course and, above all, a truly family-friendly place, offering excellent golf and dining. Special mention goes to the restaurant, where you can enjoy a convivial lunch, even for business. Worth discovering.
