My husband and I, along with my daughter who is in the L'Essor care home in Fontenay, have come several times. It's very pleasant, the food is excellent, and we're very happy to come for their end-of-year celebration.

After searching around, we chose to celebrate our granddaughter's 30th birthday at the Marivaux golf course. Gaelle, a lovely, dynamic, professional, and welcoming young woman, was in charge of the evening. Everything was orchestrated to ensure everyone had a wonderful time: the crackling fire in the fireplace, the seared scallops cooked in front of the guests, the variety, quantity, quality, and presentation of the buffet, and the efficient and charming team. Very nice course, challenging, well maintained. Cut out of a forest but the fairways are sufficiently wide enough to forgive a slightly errant shot. We played in November and the grounds crew kept the fallen leaves mostly out of play. Be ready to climb and descend a few steep hills.
