05/09/2024: Atlantide with its peaceful view of the Loire, a quiet dinner on a Tuesday evening. Always in harmony from the cocktail offered to a complete dinner with Loire eel with its skin in chips, the online bar and the dessert a soufflé on a bed of Mirabelle flambée; a little madness accompanied by a perfectly matched wine. We savored this return to this starry place which remains fluttering in the mouth for a long time THANKS
