I start this review with 3 words. Wow wow wow. It's very rare that I give 5/5 on TripAdvisor but this place is as good as it gets. I researched before coming to Bordeaux, looking for a rustic, authentic place to eat. This place did not disappoint. A lovely welcome as soon as we walked in from the waitress Iliono (sorry if not spelt correctly). The menu was on a large board but all in French. Me and the Mrs looked looked slightly baffled until she came over and translated every single piece of the menu. An absolutely gorgeous bottle of wine was recommended, and you will see by our photos we ate like Henry VIII and his wife. It was one of the best surroundings and meal I have ever had in my life. You won't be disappointed.
Quelle belle surprise gastronomique ! on a envie de goûter à tous les plats. Je recommande sans hésitation. Très bon accueil, très sympathique, soirée cosy au top, et un régal.
