This is a bistro like we would like to see more often. The words that come to mind to characterize it are: sobriety, quality in simplicity, friendliness, respect for the customer, discretion, trust. These are people who love their job and are not there simply to make money off the backs of passing doggies. I won't say more because the boss doesn't like this habit of internet reviews.
