So I wouldn't recommend the panisses because they're very hard and have an unpleasant aftertaste, but otherwise everything else is great and the atmosphere is great

Le Pont D'or

28/07/2026: A discovery made after a road closure due to a fire led us to the Hôtel du Pont d'Or in Barjols, a family-run establishment spanning three generations. The welcome makes you feel like you're arriving at a family gathering. The staff, and especially the owner, are very kind and always smiling; it's very pleasant. We slept, and slept well. The hotel was recently renovated. The breakfast is very generous 😋😋 and we had dinner at the restaurant. The food is excellent, and the menu caters to various budgets. I think this establishment will become an annual stop on our refreshing trip to the Alpes de Haute Provence!

13/07/2024: En lille perle med meget hjælpsom betjening og lækker mad. Maden var lavet med kærlighed, præsenteret flot og smagte skønt.
19/04/2024: Une brasserie très bien située au coeur de village. Les salades repas ne sont pas très copieuses par rapport à la taille standard. La salade thaï était loin d'être inoubliable et la salade au chèvre était panné, un concept etrange, d'habitude il est toasté. Desserts corrects mais sans plus, sauf mention pour la mousse au chocolat tonka au siphon, très bien.
