The food service is no longer up to the standard of the establishment. The appetizer platter was disappointing. The seafood sauerkraut wasn't really hot, and the duck confit (which apparently had been cooked for 7 hours) was very difficult to eat. I've been a customer for over 50 years. What a shame.

The food is excellent, although, as in all French restaurants, the vegetables are in small portions. The waiter was welcoming, offered good advice, and above all, understood the true etiquette of French service.
