First of all, the drinks are delicious, the price is very reasonable, and the location is magnificent. But above all, the service is truly remarkable, especially Noa, who is surely the nicest waiter I've had the pleasure of meeting in Nancy. It's like he's my friend. I have a kind of parasocial relationship with him—just kidding, of course. But more seriously, well done, Noa, you're really super nice.

My parents and I had a wonderful time at this brasserie. We had dinner there, and I ate a hand-cut Charolais beef tartare, which was delicious. We would like to thank our waiter, Simon, who was very pleasant and kind; he made our dinner even better than it already was!

A truly fantastic restaurant on Place Stanislas. We enjoyed a reasonably priced, good, and typical breakfast, several good and varied lunch dishes, all with a great view of the square (especially when seated outside) and good, fast service. We would definitely come back here again.

Saturday evening in good company, a meal enjoyed on the terrace by our group of four. The quality was excellent, with plenty of food and very pleasant and efficient service.
